The Dorrance Flip is my favorite flip project of ours, so far! The house lent itself to a mid-mod vibe, but I knew we needed to appeal to more than just the die-hard mid-century modern fans, so we went with a mid-mod/modern style. In general, because of the nature of flips, we stick to a pretty traditional color palette and style, but for this one, we went with bold colors (hello beautiful black, white, and wood combo!) and style-specific design choices (unique tile, handmade light fixtures, etc.). The interest in this house was phenomenal, and we quickly accepted an over-asking-price offer!
